He picked picked up the CS and custody papers!!! He texted me this morning about the kids dentist bill (he didn't know how to divide by 2 or what total meant). Obviously fishing... I took the opportunity to ask about the papers....He was just waiting for me to ask so he could ask how to do them.... I instructed him how to get the affidavit back (yes ridiculous). That paper is so important to me, I want SOLE custody. Now that he has sent it I am one step closer and that feels good.
His texts were really pathetic lots of thanks for that, and long winded. I was giving one word answers or business sentences nothing more. Some stuff I ignored completely. I feel good about that 
Wonder how good he really feels? He's probably just putting a pity party show on....well fuck him Today it didn't work! That paper is all I need from him, he can fail at everything else from here on in he's been served YIPPEE!! Thanks all for hearing me out...this was killing me.

It's amazing to me that we still have to wipe their asses until the end. My ex was a lazy tard and I am now getting collection notices and notices of warrants for his arrest. Their guilt is so deep that they will do anything to try to escape from it. My ex gave me EVERYTHING and cried like a baby as he was walking out. Idiots! 
Keep putting one foot in front of the other and keep in your head "I deserve better"!!!!

Another rung up the ladder out of the pit of hell and towards freedom.
I too did what was necessary in guiding x through to achieve my ultimate goal of freedom. Upside to that was witnessing first hand his useless patheticness.

Its crazy but this is the happiest I've been since DD. I'm thankful that I will get 100% custody...He has done so much damage to my "beans" and doesn't see it. Thanks for the cheering! I'm going to enjoy the peace I have today...I wish I could hold on to it. Someday.

careerlady-The sad thing is I don't know if he will visit... He's told the kids summer but I'm not expecting much that way. I am not sure he can afford to??? I don't get much information from him as to his plans. I don't think he knows what he is doing.
