Saw my L today. She went over the Separation Agreement STBX sent to me.
There were some points that she adjusted (minor things really) and over all said it was fair. The one thing she did change was the split - she thinks I'll get 60% and he'll get 40% because his job (military) prevented me from pursuing a career/building a clientele. 
I'm pretty happy with that. She will send him a letter (she asked if I wanted to do it or have her do it ... and y'all know the NPD mindset and BS's ... so I said I wanted her to send it) and then we'll go from there.
