Spotify is a commercial music streaming service. I pay a small amount every month for the commercial-free version but of course you don't have to.
I found it has a Library that has playlists for every mood: "Life sucks", "The PMS Playlist", "Breakup songs", "50 Songs for Snow", "Smart is the new sexy", "Smooth Morning", "Evening Acoustic" and many more. It saves me time thinking of song titles myself ;-)

8tracks too. Totally different sounds on the playlists there.
