eucalyptus in a humidifier can work wonders too. You can sleep with it. One of my favorite tricks.

So I hear different things about humidifiers and asthma. Some say it relieves it - some say it triggers it. Not sure which way it goes with DD but I'm hearing a lot of good things about essential oils and need to look into that more.
