I haven't gotten to 50 posts yet.... 
But I'm am a premium member....right?
WW can search for user names and can follow members on he profile page and I can't. Do I have to make 50 posts before I will unlock these features?

It was the same for me. Once I made my 50th post, the other features opened up.
