I do - I have a cream that works wonders!
BRB - gotta go to med cabinet to see what it's called... <queue Jeopardy music>
Noritate Metronidazole cream - it's prescription and is pricey, but a tube lasts me a year+.
I have been using this for years and very rarely have a flare up now.

Lucky2HaveMe nailed it. Metronidazole gel is the best.
Use sunscreen also.

Ditto on the Metro gel. I alternate it with Tretonin in the evenings and for the rare flare-ups that I get I have a standing prescription for low does penicillin. I am very careful about what I use on my face, absolutely nothing with any perfume or colour or anything but I do get exposed to a lot of rough conditions and chemicals in my job that do cause it to flare. And I never step out the door without sunblock...ever.

My derm told me to use Dove on my face. I follow with the Metro and then a moisturizer with SPF.

Metro gel made my rosacea go bonkers.
I was prescribed desonide cream to use sparingly (it's a steroid)
I was also told to stay away from citrus, strawberries, spicy food, chocolate, and red wine. Derm did not think it was funny when I told him to just shoot me where I stood if I couldn't eat any of that.
Only washing my face with cool water, and using Aveeno products has helped somewhat. Sephora has some amazing concealing products - they're lightweight and don't agitate my skin, and they even things out very well...... (More Jeopardy music as I run to makeup bag...)
Sephora Skin Perfect CC cream (broad spectrum spf 20)
"Complete correction and coverage"
And it is awesome!
