Okay, I know we all rant about OLD, but please, gentlemen, please stop post photos of you flipping the bird, it's just plain crass, and photos of you with a gun next to dead things. I don't care if it's the best buck, doe, fish, alligator, hog, pigeon, whatever the fuck it is, that you have killed in your entire life. If you're holding a gun smiling over a dead animal my thought is not "Wow, he'll provide well for us after the zombie apocalypse" but "Wow... he's going to hunt me down and murder me in the Everglades."

Selfies, shirtless, duck face, I don't care just don't flip off the camera and nothing dead in the photo!

End of rant.

PS: I'm sure women do creepy things as well... maybe there are also creepy women on OLD wearing camouflage and standing over a a recently castrated steer holding a knife, but I feel like that's a rarity.

also when u right ur profile, there is a shift key so u can add capitols wear they r suppose to go i mean when u say i it should be a capitol also u can put periods so it isn't just one runon sentence and u can also spel words properly so it looks like u r intelligent.

I think there could be a thriving business for someone who is willing to get hold of these guys and coach them on how to take a decent photo of themselves. I don't mean they should look like they've just come out of a fashion shoot, just NOT wearing a three day old singlet (vest) with sweat stains perhaps?

Also, anyone with a screen name of Stevo, Davo or Gazza is not even going to get a look in unless you are just looking for a drinking buddy.

Ha, I had a guy write me: "Can you help me out? What changes should I make to my profile to get someone like you to respond to me?"

I recognized it as a line but thought, OK, I am willing to clue this guy in and tell him "Remove that shirtless photo!"

I wasn't interested in him, so didn't correspond further, even after he took my advice and removed that photo. But maybe I'll earn some good Karma for giving free advice.

I actually don't mind a shirtless photo as long as they're not *all* shirtless photos! Also, it's better if its contextual (e.g. at the beach) versus a shirt pulled up, pants half unbuttoned, dirty-bathroom, mirror selfie.

I didn't mind the hunter photos. I guess I'm used to it since I grew up with a family of hunters. I enjoyed watching a deer turn into venison.

I do agree with you on the photos of guys giving the finger. There's no value in having a photo like that on your profile. Well, I guess it helps with the weeding process since you won't be sending him a message!!

My foray into OLD was for a few weeks after DD. I kept thinking WTF? Guys out the weirdest pics up. Pouting selfies are not a good look anyone. Neither is lifting your shirt to show me your abs.
