I'm still waiting too! 
She said Weds "At the earliest" and explained that their process takes a while. The "good" news is that one of the candidates who I connected with (with whom I connected?) texted me to say she already got a "thanks but no thanks" email, and I haven't seen anything like that yet.
Still only 2:20pm here... anything can happen!

Got a call!!! Good news, I think an offer is pending them hearing from my references. Lame news, two of my references haven't called back yet! What the HECK!!! 
I just got their permish to hand out their cell phone #'s via text convos, so hopefully something will happen soon.

So the one reference that called back was the Director of HR West - overseeing a few thousand employees. You would think THAT would be enough! 
I've been pinging the other two this afternoon - one is a recruiter in SoCal who I did remote hiring for. She's very sweet but a little hard to pin down. The other is a pretty high-level manager in another state - she also oversees a few thousand people all told. She let me use her cell phone for the reference so I passed it to the winery. They probably won't touch base until tomorrow.
As someone who was in HR, intellectually I know that reference-contact-timeframes aren't dealbreakers, but right now I'm sweating bullets wondering if this is going to go through. I heard the numbers through the grapevine - hundreds of applicants, tons of people at the group interview, about twelve callbacks (this based on my callback interview where she mentioned that three managers were interviewing about 4 people)
I think there are either 2 or 3 positions.
So.
I'm hopeful, but if someone else comes charging through the gate ahead of me that might be a bummer.
