It's not official until there's an offer letter.
But we have a verbal agreement. They offered me 2% less than I asked for.
I can deal with that.
The actual letter was supposed to be emailed Friday. I did get some emails about the onboarding process, drug testing, new hire training, so I'm pretty sure it's going to happen.
But I'm pretty much in the camp that it isn't real until it's in writing.
ETA: This employer has been on the Fortune Magazine top 100 places to work for many years in a row. I'm pretty excited.

Take care of yourself. There's a great future out there. It won't come to you; you have to go to it.

I trust you is a better compliment than I love you, because you may not trust the person you love, but you can always love the person you trust. - UnknownRelationships are like sharing a book, it doesn't work if you're not on the same page.

Oh, man, I just saw this. I'm with you - it's not official 'til it's official...so,
I'm hoping that letter shows up right quick, and I'm hoping the job turns out to be a super fit.
