dear jmom, i'm so so sorry to read what you had to go through. I don't know the answer since revelation day for me was only about 1 month ago. I also am avoiding by soon to be x for fear of feeling greater pain. I also ask not to be advised of anything going on in his life for fear of feeling more pain. I pray for both of us that some day it will get better. I'm also praying for your health and strength. you are not alone (hugs)

I just wanted to tell you all thank you again and tell actually tell you something POSITIVE.
Because of your encouragement and kindness, I made an appt for IC. I found someone who is trained in Trauma therapy and EMDR. I have hope that things will get better.

Betrayed and Pregnant, I am SOOOOOOOOOOO sorry for you too. God, infidelity is like a horrific assault on your whole life. I am SO sorry for you. Please know that somehow you will survive this and your reaching out to me when you JUST went through this shows me that you have SO much in you to overcome this. The fact that you said something kind to a stranger is HUGE when all you want to do is crawl up and cry.
You are valuable and try to remember that. HUGS.
