Not sure what 180 will do to or for my WW. She has abided by NC for a month. I filed for divorce and she will be served soon. I feel much better and confident after the 180. Not sure if she will become nasty in the divorce when she get served. Anyone else have any good or bad stories involving the 180?

180 is for u. It is not intended to do anything for ur 2
Ww except take the power and return it to u. It is so u dont get manipulated and focus on u and ur healing.
I never realized you could be in this much pain and not be dying.

Nothing but great stories about the 180. When used in it's intended fashion that is. The 180 is all about YOU. What it does to her or for her is not relevant. It's designed to give you the space, strength and confidence for the coming decisions you must make and live with. Too many use it in the hope of *shocking* the WS out of the fog. Sometimes that IS the case, but it's not the purpose of the 180. Hence, a benefit when used.
