Life is so unpredictable. Last night before DDs and I head out for Germany. Decided to go for dinner with DDs and DD16 boyfriend. We are having a good time when suddenly two of my best friends walk in with another male friend in tow.
My friends sit down at the table next to us and we end up pushing the tables together and enjoy a beautiful dinner at this wonderful Italian restaurant. Turns out their friend is divorced, local and my age range. He is also of European descent as me and just really pleasant to talk to. We agree that all of us will get together when I get back from Europe in early July.
I have no idea this will lead anywhere and at this point, it does not matter. But I do know what life opens a potential new door at times and that opportunities are out there. I plan to take them, run with them and see where they take me.
Temporarily independent with the whole world at my feet.
