Update: Things are going wondefully. We have decided to move into a bigger home with more land. So it will be almost like starting over with having to get new furniture and stuff. We are so excited to be doing this. We were thinking of doing it pre-A, but it got put on shelf for a few years. Now we are back on track with our plans. I will be headed to new city to scout possible homes and hopefully get a couple of interviews in.

The must haves...according to H (aka Mr Romantic-LOL.):

*Mountain views

*hot tub on deck

*at least one fireplace

*A second fireplace in master would be nice too but not a 'must'

*at least two acres so we can go on hikes (I think he has other ideas )

Hoping to find a rustic or log home. Seen some beauties on line in our price range.

Update: I went up to scout out a few areas. I found some beautiful homes and came back with a few choices for us. We are deciding between 3 right now. They are beautiful and need very minimal work to them (like adding a deck or upgrading a kitchen). Now its just deciding which to actually make a bid on and go after. It was a long week away/apart to go there, but we would stay up late watching TV together long distance and talking about the future.

If you asked me three years ago, I would not think it possible to ever be where we are now....happy, in love, planning the long put off move to a new state.
