According to LEGO, Cloud Cuckoo Land is "A land up in the clouds where there are no rules, no limits, no bushy mustaches and no bedtimes." This is reinforces my belief that it is the home of Rainbow Farting Unicorns.

It is! The rainbow farting unicorn is totally Unikitty...and under it all Unikitty has a rage issue...kinda funny and ironic now on that context!
