Many on these lists are not "guilty" worthy! BBT? Walking Dead? That's quality shit. Not IQ loss inducing like the shit I admitted to!
Hey! I admitted to watching the trainwreck of the housewives of every conceivable city that they have it in! All while listening to HL bitch and moan about it

LOL! Most of mine I don't consider "quilty" either, but in my original post I started wondering what you all watch. LOL.
However, Little Woman LA is definitely a guilty pleasure...as it is pure crap and drama!
And Ian Somerhalder is hot! I was disappointing they didn't choose him for the 50 shades of Grey movie!!

I DVR the Kardashians. Judge it, bitches!
Oh Rebreather, where is the tsk tsk eyes down/head shaking icon when I need it.
I just read about them on TMZ.
My guilty pleasures are mild. I recently got into marathons of Downton Abbey and Sherlock. The fact that I really started to like a self-proclaimed high functioning sociopath concerns me a bit.

So yes I will deny it too my grave but I have DVRed every episode of 16 and Pregnant, Teen Mom, Teen Mom 2, and Real Houswives of NJ. My best friend is the only one on earth who knows this about me. I keep no secrets from her. I always said if I ever do something I wouldn't tell her about I have done the wrong thing.

I love RuPaul's Drag Race!!! I've watched every episode since Season 1 (I think Nina Flowers was robbed). It never even occurred to me that it might be considered a guilty pleasure show.
