I have a really good friend in a really bad situation. Her husband and she are divorced because he's crazy. She has listed only some of the things he's done which include sexually assaulting her and holding a gun to her head. She never reported any of it as she was still married and didnt want her kid's dad in jail not she does not give a rat's ass. She has kids with him one with a heart defect that needs surgeries. So two things here she needs help with.

1. He wants to stay with her in the same room the hospital is giving her to sleep I while her baby recovers from surgery. She is adamantly against this. What can she tell the hospital?

2. She has an upcoming court date to get permission to take her kids and move to another state. She is in Missouri and he gets to come to her home right now and see kids whenever he wants. she knows she has him cold on his psycho behavior since their divorce with text messages and recordings but none of the prior things enter in. Is there anything she can do here to come out more favorably I. The end and get her judgement to move far far away from this man?

I'll tell her again. I even told her just do consultations with a bunch until you find one you trust but she's so focused on her son right now all else falls by the wayside.

Has any of the psycho behavior been recent enough for her to get a TRO?

Do they have shared legal custody? She may/may not be able to keep him from the baby's room at the hospital, but she can sure as hell keep him from HER room. She needs to tell the staff they are divorced and she will not share a room, period. If he tries to force his way in, it's 911 time.
