We just found one through my states polygraph association. It was $350. WH passed and I feel sooooo much better now that be took it and passed. I was able to ask 3 relevant questions.

We paid $550 and it was very worth it. I would interview 3 companies and go with who you have the best gut feeling about.
I asked 5 questions that I spent some time in advance preparing based on guidance from the examiner. It was very worth it for us.
