Back when I was active on this site (actually where this was before they moved to SI.com) my XWGF creeped the forums, and I knew that anything and everything I wrote would be (and was) used against me in the court of Amy.
All I can tell you is this. Take deep breaths. It really does help. Always remember, you did not do this. He did. So often, the violations keep coming for a while. I'm so sorry that this is happening to you.

I just read a few of your old posts. He broke NC, and refused to stop contact. So chances are, he is still in contact with his whore.
I'm not sure if you've considered it yet, but he has most likely been sharing your posts with OW.
And he has the nerve to ask you if there is something you'd like to tell him? Why, it almost sounds as if he feels you have betrayed him somehow by posting here.
I saw in your profile that you are inching towards divorce. Stop inching. RUN.
