How do you trust again? How do you stop obsessing? How do you breathe? When do the tears stop? When do the dreams stop? When do you feel normal again?

It's different for everyone. It depends on you and your WS. Is he remorseful and trying to help you heal? Are in in IC? There is no answer, but if your WS is working to help you etc., then the only thing that will get you through this is HARD work and time.
And remember Murphy is right. Nothing is so bad that it can't get worse!!!

It is different for everyone. It took about 3 months for me to calm down. I am still up and down and the tears flow here and there but it is less severe. Letting go of what the future holds and taking it one day at a time has helped me too.
