Apparently my new neighbour across the hall is going to be another lady of similar vintage (the one who is leaving is my age and noise level - meaning "silence is golden" 
).
She works at a golf course.
Hopefully she won't be a party girl.

I'm glad it is someone who is nice. We have a new neighbor moving in. I haven't seen him yet, but am hoping he is not a party animal.
