Moving forward. A trip to the L Thursday, and one more on Saturday, last week and everything was in order. L should have filed Monday. Since we are co-petitioner it just needs a judges signature. I am wondering if it will be done before my 22nd wedding anniversary Aug 14?

Risky Business,
My papers were also mailed out on Monday. I told STBXWH that I was going to file but he doesn't know that he is going to be served soon. When he got the original letter from my lawyer, he called and told her he needed more time to raise money to get a lawyer himself. My lawyer told me that's not our problem. Little nervous of his reaction, especially since I put the grounds as adultery and had skank whores name in the complaint and will be on record forever.
