Just weighed myself. In the past 30 days, I have dropped 15lbs. I'm not complaining. At least he was good for SOMETHING.
Heading to the gym. Gotta make sure I lose the remaining 20 the healthy way.

Hehe I know. I was a healthy weight before and now I'm skinny again, like I was before I M.
I tried to bulk up and build muscle, but it didn't work out (or, rather I didn't work out)
Still, people tell me I look great, so it's all good.

I've lost 32 lbs since June 9th and now weigh less than I did when I got married. Now I'm trying everything not to lose any more but it isn't working... reminds me of Stephen King story "Thinner"... maybe everything is happening because I'm cursed... sure feels like it.

Since Jan I've lost 40lbs. Now I'm pre-marriage, baby weight and he tells me daily how good I look now in my jeans, dressed for work, etc...gag.
I wanted to lose 40lbs before I turned 40 but not this way.
At least OW and WH have been good for something. I like to run and imagine their faces on the treadmill belt!

FWIW, I had that too...I lost 35 pounds.
Nowadays, I'm an over-eater and it's coming back. But, I tend to play the blame game too...this time I'm eyeballing my thyroid, lol.
My father and other people did too, it's too bad it doesn't stay off!

I lost 35 pounds. I'm still losing, but more slowly and since I started working out I look even thinner than my weight would indicate. NOT the diet I would recommend. Those first 35 were because I had no appetite and didn't sleep for weeks. But, it was a very effective diet.

I have slimmed down and look better than ever. I work out every day to relieve the stress and actually eat healthier. Nobody is aware of my situation but I'm always getting compliments now about how great I look. Only negative is I don’t get enough sleep but somehow I have the endurance to keep moving. This has really helped my self-esteem and I actually smile and feel happy from the attention I’m getting from others. Best of all… my WH has taken notice and he’s been stalling and doing his best to stop the D.

Now all I've got to do is kicking this smoking habit! I am down to smoking just 1/2 cigarette, and I only smoke when the anxiety kicks in, which is basically every time I receive a text from him.
I am feeling better about me though :) I've been wanting to loose 30lbs for 3 years how. I lost about 200lbs when he left (
), now to work on the remaining 15lbs, the HEALTHY way

I lost 35 pounds in two months including muscle mass and was underweight and looked like a skeleton. My cloths hung off me.
Four years later I am at my ideal body mass index and have about 5% body fat. I have started exercizing more and am slowly building back muscle mass. Looking better every month.

I lost 15 kilos/33lb in a matter of weeks. Lots of women can do it but I looked like shit at 50kg/110lb. I looked like Skeletor. Everyone complimented me on how good I looked but I felt all dust and bones. I also have an innate distrust of skinny people.
A year later I finally started putting weight back on. I'm now back to my favourite weight for junk and for trunk.
I may have reached a point where I'd piss on him if he was on fire.... eventually!!

I don't know how many pounds it works out to, never stepped on a scale. But I am down a dress size. All of my work clothes fall off. It's a nice excuse to refresh my wardrobe. But it's pretty irritating having to pull my pants back on every four steps or so.

I'm in the same boat. It's been a month, and I've lost 25 lbs (not counting his worthless 250 lbs). My best friend and I are hoping to start a yoga class after the kids start school again and we can all settle into more of a routine. I treated myself to a few new clothes this week since basically everything was starting to fall of me - boy, that made me feel great! Lots of people have been commenting about how good I look now.

Like kiki1 said, it's great that you are in a place to make light of certain aspects at least! I too lost weight during the initial phase, I didn't need to though and looked like skeletor. It was during the less acute depression phase that I started comfort eating which has become my go to emotional state
