I have been at my job since October....for the most part I love it....I love my clients and the work...I love learning about other people and being exposed to things I never knew about.
Last week one of my friends at work got fired. Today I found out that two other people are giving their notice. ...there were 8 of us plus the director...there are now 5 of us.
I dont want to leave my job but feel like I need to. I am afriad this is the beginning of the end...that the agency is sinking and I should get out now before it totally sinks.
Sometimes the worst thing that happens to you.....the thing you think you can't survive....its the thing that makes you better than you used to be.

We recently faced something similar with Waywardson's job, so he started looking and landed a job he likes MUCH better. I agree that it's not looking good, if you've lost that many people that fast, and probably time to start looking.
I told my H that it's like dating, just because someone makes you an offer doesn't mean you have to accept it and I think that took a lot of pressure off of him. When he had an offer he was comfortable with, he accepted it.
