Good job, shockleader. Looks like you have really done your homework on this.

Looks like you are in a high rent district where I bet my planner wishes he he lived! He doesn't get that much, thankfully. But he does such a great job for me, I'm happy to share the proceeds for the peace of mind, time and hair pulling he saves me. I've known and worked with him for over 20 years, through several down markets where I lost very little, and trust him totally. Some of my co-workers who were managing their own money lost fortunes during those times. You need to do what is right for you.

Finding what life could have been....... Why didn't I see it?
