Can anyone compare these two products for me? I am looking to install these on WH computer/cell phone. Just reading reviews if I can find any and trying to see which one would be best. I know there are other programs out there but I do need stealth installation, meaning I don't want him to know they are there, and these two offer that.

I have had webwatcher on my kids phones for years and loved it until about 2 years ago. I used to only have to go to the website and I could check all data. However, about two years ago they did some updates and you had to start requesting data every day and had to wait 6 up to hours before the data was avail, but still I have been a customer. But now it is very frustrating working with webwatcher. Three times this week alone I have had to contact webwatcher and request my kids phones to have their Apple ID updated. What I think is happening is that everytime I have requested info from webwatcher, somehow, Apple ID (icloud) thinks the account is being hacked and then sends notifications to the user to update their password. It's locked my kids out of their phones 3 times this week alone. In fact, I was just on there complaining about it again today and looking into other software. I have never heard of PCTattletale and I am intrigued because I am ready to pull my hair out with webwatcher. I have been a customer since 2011 and I can't do it anymore. SO.....not sure if my answer helps at all but after my recent frustrations with webwatcher I would say try the other one. My thinking is this: if icloud truly thinks that the account is being hacked when data is requested, then your H will have to keep changing his password and may question what is going on and your attempts at getting his info secretly would be in vain. Hope this helps.

hopeforthefuture94 thank you for your input. At this time WH does not use apple and I'm just wanting to run it on his PC for now and maybe add to his droid later. So perhaps these same issues won't arise for me. I did look at Pctattletale and was hoping to call a tech support person there or do a live chat, they had no options for that, so that sort of thing is discouraging to me. Must be a small startup or something I don't know. Let me know if you find anything else. Thank you!

Samil,
For the PC it works great. I haven't had the same issues. Webwatcher even has a white glove service for about $20 where they will install it for you remotely.
So, I would absolutely go with webwatcher if you are only wanting to see what websites he is on and you don't need the icloud.Webwatcher also monitors FB and you can see the IM on it. I am sure that is probably the case with other IM sites. I just happened to monitor my kids on FB with it. They have live chat where you can talk to customer service if you don't want to call with any questions.

Hi Sami1234,
I have been using the WebWatcher software on my husband's laptop for the past 10 months and have been very happy with it as well as using the Android Lost app on his Droid 4 cell phone and been very happy as well with that but now he is getting an iPhone so now I will need software that I can use on his laptop and his iPhone and I would much rather use 1 company for laptop & phone vs. 1 company and 1 Play Store app.
I did do some research on the pcTattletale yesterday and that may be the most efficient way for me to go. I emailed pcTattletale yesterday (that appeared to be the only way to contact them) and I’m just now waiting to hear back from them via email in regards to the questions that I have. I can keep you posted as to what I find out.

LuvsMeLuvsMeNot:
Let me know what you find out. I emailed them at pctattletale and got a guy who said I could call his cell for more info. It was the same guy who had done some Youtube videos on the pctattletale...again makes me feel that its a small operation. May not be a bad thing if it works, if you can get customer service if you need it. What does the Android Lost app do? Is it just tracking? Or?
I was definitely going to use the white glove service for the Webwatcher...just because they said I needed to get past the virus software. Also, does your H know you are monitoring him with the software? I really would rathe mine NOT know.
