I agree that it's never a good decision to continue working together, but like everything else, each situation is different. In my case, the time and benefits lost would completely change our living situation. Also, if he stays where he works, I know what I'm dealing with, a new job would mean a whole new pool of fish. These thoughts combined with a million others have led us to decide that he'll stay put. If he strays again after all we've been through for R, I don't really care where he earns my alimony.
