We have just started listening to this (literally only 2 episodes in)
The next episode up I'm not sure if it really pertains to us (The Are They Addicted to Love? What is limmerence? episode).
For those of you who know about the podcast or who have done it, is it imperative or important that we listen to each and every episode?
Thanks all, all opinions and thoughts appreciated.

I was so confused after dday that I listened to and read literally everything I could find regarding affairs; even the stuff that didn’t pertain to our situation.
I listened to that episode without my WW and there are some decent points Brad makes, and it’s only 20 minutes (if you listen on 1.5 speed) so in my mind it was worth it for me.
Like this forum though, the best advice I can give is “take what you need and leave the rest”. If it gets you to episodes 5&6 (when the really the really good ones start) then skip it and come back later if you want.
I found a LOT of good stuff from HBT podcast and still listen to some episodes again on occasion.
Cheers,

Yes I agree, i thought the podcasts were really good.
I didn't like the limerence one simply because it was really painful for me to think that my WH had feelings of any kind for another women.
Most of them are pretty short and I queued them up for a long car journey.
I really liked the one on the childhood of a cheater - that was very interesting.

ok, thanks. I'm thinking we will skip this episode for now then and maybe come back to it.
Although there are so many freaking similarities between our situation and basically everyone here on SI, there are some things that aren't the same.
These responses help me a bunch so thanks!
