RocketRaccoon, you are absolutely right about this. The WS mentality seems to consist of taking their spouses for granted, a sense of entitlement, and a lack of empathy for the person they’re supposed to care about most. Infidelity is a very cruel violation of the marital commitment.
I just wish I would have insisted on separating years ago.
Secrecy is the enemy of intimacy. There can be no reconciliation without honesty and empathy - lots of empathy.
