The lying is disturbing, I'm sorry you have go through this. It sounds like some kind of infidelity to me, but in this section you will not get much answers, ask to be moved into "General", you will get better /some advise there.

I really wasn’t sure where to post. I didn’t want to offend or be insensitive to people who are going through physical cheating from their spouse. But I’m just distraught over this.

I'm sure you didn't offend anyone, you are here to get some advice and in other parts like General or Just found out there are people, who are very good at spotting things. You will get through this, but for now I'm sending you a big hug

I have never attempted that but have seen others do it. They just wrote "Mod please". Or maybe you just start new topic in the general or just found out section.
I don't have any real advise for you, I just hate to see that people, who could help you with their wisdom and knowledge maybe didn't see ypour post. Good luck with everything... and a hug from one booklover to another
