I have to say, it was hard. It was emotional. It was trippy to say the least. Hard to believe all that came out was related and makes sense to my IC. We did complete it in one session. Did it work? Not sure. I feel calmer and haven't cried since my session (usually a daily occurrence). I won't know until the image I worked on pops in my head and I see my reaction. I hope it did. I need some peace. Thank you all for your input regarding this.

I felt the same way after mine, almost anxious for the image we worked on to pop in so I could see how I would handle. So far, it has worked great. Session 2 is next week, session 3 a week later. Here’s to healing!

Hoping it was a good start. My IC seemed satisfied that it seemed to go well. We'll see how IC goes next week. I don't know if we do it again or go over the different images from this past week. Either way, we are on the road to discovery (and healing I hope).

Sounds good BTA!

Keep putting one foot in front of the other on the way to recovery. You got this.
