Yep. Shehawk had an amazing time in Chicago. Magnificent Mile shopping, Navy Pier, stayed at the Hostel (and did no have to sit at a table alone because I met a friend there) and signed up to eat Thanksgiving dinner there :) Went to a beautiful worship service.

And did not miss my stbx ch....not one minute of my lovely trip. Not one minute.

Just seeing this today Shehawk - and look at you!

You are mighty - you are strong - you are embracing your new beginnings in so many healthy ways.

Right.

On.

And did not miss my stbx ch....not one minute of my lovely trip. Not one minute.

Well, yeah. No room for him in a place where that authentic living thing is going on.

So glad you shared - I hung on these types of stories when I first got here. So affirming to see there's a pathway out of that darkness. Do keep us posted!

In case anyone is wondering "is there life after infidelity"?

SheHawk is going hiking this weekend....again not alone!

With someone who is in such good shape they could run the entire hike several times, but chose to just plan a

light hike with me. Bonus is that they actually care if I am hungry, cold, or even about my feelings in general. And I have never caught them lying to me.

Sometimes I just breathe and let that sink in.
