I listened to the prison pod cast today while I exercised.
1. She quickly blamed the husband and portrayed him as a villian.
2. She painted herself as a naive vitim.
3. She portrayed the the prisoner as a KISA.
A few things she said resonated with me as a WW. Specifically that she was a dying plant that finally had water dumped on her. I could relate to that. When I finally had the attention, the appreciation, the affection, the validation I soaked it up at the expense of everything else. They also asked if she felt the prisoner truly loved her or if he used her. Well, she allowed herself to be used. And that the warden said even though she made bad decisions that he could not understand, he did not think less of her or who she was. She paid a huge price for her choices and totally blew up her life. For absolutely nothing.
