My mom had one of those ice machines and she said it was a huge help, and loved the quick disconnect thing. Her nurse also gave us a huge tip which was to use frozen water bottles in it, so as not to overtax the ice maker! But we did find that it takes a few more minutes for the water to really cool down, with the water bottles.
