I’m doing a trail contact use. I am having a lot of nausea with wearing them. I can see great far away but reading up close is a chore. Has anyone else experienced this?
Should I give it more time?
And the cost! Is there a more affordable option? Are there companies out there you can buy contacts through that aren’t $800 a year?

Nausea and a cost of $800 indicate you are likely wearing specialty contacts, such as a toric for astigmatism or a multifocal. Stop wearing them until you can see your eye doctor and then ask the doctor about your concerns and the costs.
Contact lenses are medical devices that require a prescription for both power and fit, and until you have that prescription you are not able to order online, unless you are dealing with a shady retailer who is ignoring FDA regulations.
Slow and steady wins the race. Wish I knew which race I was in.
