The five things we cannot change... and the happiness we find by embracing them

David Richo

I am not usually a self-help book fan. I really like this one.

The 5 Things are:

1. Everything changes and ends.

2. Things do not always go according to plan.

3. Life is not always fair.

4. Pain is part of life.

5. People are not loving and loyal all the time.

In the middle of the book, he has a checklist on boundaries in relationships.

It does get a little bit woo woo for my taste in parts, but even with that, I can recommend it.

Thanks, boudicca.

This sounds like an interesting read.

I'll check it out.
