I do believe I'm loosing it.......
Bought roasting chicken at the store. Came home, turned oven on to pre-heat. Made lunch, turned oven off after it had finished pre-heating. Prepared chicken and placed in oven.
Realized 2.5 hours later the oven was off and the chicken had been sitting in there waiting to be cooked.
At least Jrazz didn't wait for over 2 hours with the pizza........
(sigh)
