I just venting crying my eyes out. My house was destroyed in Illinois flood a week ago , so far no assistance financially , no flood insurance . Filed for Divorce should be over in June. House is mine. I hates it anyways we lived like hillbillies because he never up dated anything that ever broke . I have duck tape on my front door. I have to file bank rupt I have no option and I just feel really down because I know this is my life and I don't see it getting better. I'll always live in this house with a leaky roof and duck tape on the door. I just want to run away :-(
Divorced 2013 after several years of infidelity on both sides. Remarried July 2018 my new husband Is opposite from Ex. I can actually breath with out worrying what he is doing. Living my best life now .

Praying some how this becomes a blessing in disguise and somehow the flood brings you a way to either repair your house properly, or a way out of it into better living conditions and more secure financially. Please keep us posted on how you are doing.
