Thanks guys! I'm enjoying a cold one and waiting for the boys to deliver the new cabinet (second hand) that I bought on Saturday.
It's teak laminate to match my bookshelf and big table, fits the corner space exactly and has glass doors so I have a place to show off my antique cameras and glass.
Now I'm cruising MLS and daydreaming about my next investment....

I would need a crew to come and blow it out, put in a deck and, uh, maybe a bathroom...
But it's on a half acre of sweet meadow on a beautiful hippie island and I could get it for cash!
(It's actually just an old outbuilding on bare land, they are not seriously selling it as living space LOL.)

Shoot, now it's a beautiful evening out there, my cabinet's been delivered and I'm on my third beer.
All I feel like doing is couch surfing and having another bacon sandwich, maybe read and watch Netflix till it's bedtime.
Is that wrong?
