When my wife was in her 20's she had very little vaginal discharge on her underwear. After we have had 2 children and she is now 39. I have noticed sometimes quite a white stain on her underwear when doing laundry.

I ask as on Monday, she had quite a bit and on Monday it was a day she was short with me when I called and asked if she had time for lunch and she was too busy for me.

No, that can occur at anytime depending on her time of the month. I wouldnt see that as a sign.

It could easily be PMS related.

I would say nope. Women can have discharge for any number of reasons. I would say I have it probably once a month at least.

It could be the start of a yeast infection, bacterial infection, normal monthly discharge, etc...

I don't know how to write this without it being TMI. :)

When I was younger, and supposedly more fertile, I used a pantiliner during the parts of my cycle when I had the most discharge, usually around ovulation. Now, I rarely need to bother with them, though I still have some.

Just a thought. I'm sorry she put you in a position where you have to question these things. :(

There is a semen test kit available on line called checkmate. It costs around 50 dollars. It might be worth it for a piece of mind.

It could be normal discharge..it could be semen.

You can send them in and have them analyzed.

Don't confront her again..just send them in.

It can be normal.

I guess the real question is "what's going on that has you suspicious of her?"

Is that it..or are there other red flags?

No. It's something that is normal and related to nothing more than being female.

ETA: I should correct myself. It could be semen. But vaginal discharge is normal, and I would not jump to the conclusion that it is anything but.

I'm sorry you've been put in a position to have this even cross your mind.

I guess the real question is "what's going on that has you suspicious of her?"

His WW recently confessed an EA, and he is not sure she has been truthful, and had a PA earlier in their M.

I will admit when I replied before the semen thing didnt even occur to me. If it is cost effective, why not test?

I would reiterate what others have said.

(Ahem), from personal experience, (TMI alert) you can have discharge in your underwear after sex from the semen that leaks out of the vagina. You can also have normal vaginal discharge or abnormal (infectious) vaginal discharge. So, it can be a sign that nothing is up all the way to she is having sex with someone else.

(TMI alert again): again, from personal experience, semen has a different smell from normal vaginal discharge and infectious vaginal discharge has yet another smell.

Bacterial vaginosis, a vaginal infection, can be associated with intercourse.

Feel free to PM me with questions.

Sorry that you are going through this.

Thanks, I know its a bit of a TMI topic. Sad I even have to post it.

Many days a month, but not every day, I see on my wife's underwear 1 - 2 one inch white crusty blobs on her underwear.

The reason I posted is other males might have the same issue. My WW had a confirmed EA and I have suspected more - but so far her stories keep matching up... but of course I still don't trust her.

I started to get that...white discharge. I think it was thrush. Might just get it (a yeast infection) but also might be from an other person. So you are still none the wiser
