I had a dream about a guy who makes dog clothes. Not just ANY dog clothes! He had chosen a bunch of different dogs based on their types of fur. Then, he shaved them and put their fur through a process, turning it into yarn.
He made them little sweater vests out of the yarn!
What the heck does THAT one mean?

That you are working on a Hannibal Lecter type book but with a dog-napper instead of a people-napper?

You hate dog fur but don't want dogs to feel nekkid.

There could be something to that, Moo. When we got our little Pom, he was shaved and I kept him in infant tees and little doggie jammies that he seemed to love! They were cotton, though.

That you've always wanted a sweater vest of your very own?
You want to make a sweater vest for your little doggie?
I have no clue.

To dream of dressing up a dog generally means trying to cover up one's own character flaws and habits. Now, your big question is: WHO was the guy in your dream? Cause he's the one doing the dressing!

They were the cleanest cut, sharpest dressed dogs I've ever seen!!
A FB friend said this:
You know, TIKY, I've heard of these dogs that were bred to produce yarn. These animals were known to get intoxicated and then become highly confrontational. Jim Croce sang about them- "Meaner than a drunk yarn dog"-- LMAO!

..
..maybe the dream was simply your sub-conscious telling you 'it's time to book an appointment at that expensive hair and spa salon for a total restyle and the two guys will be in charge of the makeover.. then, off to shop for ...hmmmm .... a new vest or sweater???

I was scared to ask, but I DID google and found that it's actually kind-of common. And here I am thinking it was funny.

Don't be scared
I used to have a very hairy sheepdog that ate my yarn. I figured she could be useful for something.
It's a good thing we didn't have sheep; they'd be naked. They'd have to wear dog hair sweaters

I always wondered why my "wool" sweaters smelled like a wet dog when I wore them in the rain!
