As you know Empress, we in Cali are serious about recycling. Oski is just doing his part in rounding up a useless pile of paper-maiche and getting it ready for the compost pile.
Note also that Petey Prophylactic is laying down on the job just behind the pile of refuse.

The reality of the situation is that I owe Jpapa about 20 life-debts, so if he tells me to dye my hair blue and my face gold I kinda have to do it.
