I don't ask the kids for information about the Princess. Mostly, I just don't want to know. 10 just gets so excited about new stuff though. He told me tonight that Rig Pig is buying a new smartphone for The Princess.
She has ZERO technical skills, and so hates every piece of technology she has ever touched. When we got these phones 18 months ago, she hated them, and takes every opportunity to complain (when she's not complaining about something else!). Rig Pig to the rescue.
I just don't get it. This dude is paying her way to Cuba for a week, and now is buying her a phone. I mean, sure, she's probably on her best behaviour right now, but even so, that's a lot of money to be spending on someone with such a fucked-up personality.
So there is only one possibility: She is obviously MUCH better in the sack than I remember. She is so good that she is able to compel men to buy shit for her!
I hope she has her gonads insured! Think of the lost earnings if anything ever happened to them!
Divorced the cheater and living my best life now.
The best thing about hitting rock bottom is that everything after that looks fucking fabulous.

It's not nice to make me spit white wine over the keyboard, you know.
Imagine a ship trying to set sail while towing an anchor. Cutting free is not a gift to the anchor. You must release that burden, not because the anchor is worthy, but because the ship is.

You've got Rig Pig's out there in Ontario....only thought they were out here in Alberta, lol. Once the novelty of getting all these "things" wears off, she'll be looking for another one to sink her hooks into. My princess has bounced herself around the oilpatch, but she's finding out that seemingly endless amounts of money and things don't equate to long term happiness.

Five simple rules of happiness:
1. Free your heart from hatred.
2. Free your mind from worries.
3. Live simply.
4. Give more.
5. Expect less.
