Leonard Cohen is truly one of a very very few -

who can write a song that's beautiful no matter who sings it.

....it's the Shrek song.......AND the song that 40(ish)% of people auditioning for a musical use for their audition piece. Because of those reasons, I have to admit that I have NEVER actually listened to the lyrics.

@NG -- is it just me or does kd look like a young Wayne Newton in that video?

Affair song? Can you explain this a little more? I have always liked the song. But never got affair from it. I've been reading what other people get from the song but not once was affair mentioned.

I love when a song can be taken so many different ways.

Married 1998. 2 kids. First discovery 3/2009. Multiple affairs, porn addiction. one failed attempt at R. Nested for over a year. Divorce final 8/2015. XH is now married. I am engaged!
