What do you put in the Christmas stockings for your

family/loved ones? I have a few things, but am becoming repetitive from years past.

So far I have jerky and chocolate. Need something else,.... they are some big stockings to fill.

Every stocking gets; two magazines to help the stocking keep it's shape, scratch tickets, and candy. Then I just walk through the store and select little items that I think people would use or enjoy. Foodstuffs, toiletries, household gadgets, etc... You'd be surprised how many expensive little items are out there. If I'm not careful I will spend more on the stocking than the main gift

LOL! They dont get all of it at once. Rather, this was a list of of the things that I've put in their stockings over the last few years.

OMG NIK so did ours, plus nuts.

Growing up we always had:

Orange

nuts

candy cane

and some small trinket

For my girls they got the usual:

candy

orange ( that always went back into the fruit bowl )

Then we would add little things that were age appropriate:

stickers

pencils

hair items

As they got older we just put in money and candy. We don't even bother with the orange anymore.

Waiting - when we were kids, we also got perfume/cologne from Avon in our stockings every year. The bottles were so cool.
