I set my camera to take 10 pictures, knowing at least one would be decent. Our two cats prefer me holding them, black cat being semi-feral, doesn't really like being held, old lady is crotchety. What resulted was a funny series with me juggling a cat and DS preparing to catch her if she fell. Here is one where we all look happy. Except for the little cat.

Great picture!

WH5 is right post the bloopers. That's what we need a "photo blooper" thread.

Here's where DS is ready to catch the little cat. Old lady is looking disgusted. Not too much of a blooper, I held on tight while the camera was flashing.

Likely to be Old Lady's last Christmas. It's odd, she surely knew the routine, participated in the present opening, clearly anticipated getting new toys and treats and played with them, hung around with company. Little cat was timid, hid in the other room when family came but never too far away. Today it's clear that Lady is failing, her kidney failure probably catching up with her. She was a rescue in 2000 and has been a faithful friend.

Our "little" cat is an acrobat who doesn't like to be held

We have one friend who comes over, and he'll sit on his lap. No one else, just him

Love it, lovely family. One son takes after husband and one takes after you, imo.

I just "talked" to you on a thread and now I have a face to go with your name.

eta: I am not sure who the cats take after!
