I had quite a few triggers and have been all over with my emotions today. My WH is away with work this week and I told him not to call except to say goodnight to the kids. The thing is I wanted to call him and tell him about my day but I didnt. I feel like I need this week for myself but he is my best friend and I want to talk to him. Then I get mad all over again for what he did to us. Then come the tears.

Ugh.....

Still cant eat much and now when I do sleep, I am having nightmares about him and OW.

Just needed to vent....

I'm sorry it was a hard day. I hope you do some nice things for yourself in this week--what can you do tomorrow that will make you feel happy, a little treat to indulge in?

Sit. Feast on your life.

Tomorrow I am getting my hair done so I hope I will feel better. That's something I don't normally do but I need a new look on many things starting with my hair.

Do something to make yourself feel special. Don't fester your mind with the wounds from the past. Trust your instincts and reach out to your WH and talk to him. Tell him how you are feeling. He will probably surprise you.

Withdrawing away from your WH in times like this actually can make things worse in the long-run.

So sorry you're having a bad day. I've had mostly bad days since D Day. Even the good days are interrupted by moments of emotion and panic. But there are good days! Or at least better days. Today is one of those days for me. I know, it's only 11:00 am where I live but I'm feeling better at the moment. I hope you have days like that very very soon.
