the colors are off... Ive done the cleaning and deep cleaning 2x
on their site it says if you deep clean 2x and its still off, turn off for 24 hrs and see if that helps.
any other suggestions

How are the colors off? All colors? Certain hues?
Are there line across the page where it looks like ink should be?
Does it happen in both printing and copying? (if both then a printing issue if only in copying then it is probably a scanner issue)

ive only printed. there are lines across like its running out of ink-- but we just changed all of them and they are full
also, the colors are off. faces look yellow instead of peach, however my sons blue coat is the correct color...
