It's the Year of the Horse, so full steam ahead and I'm finally getting around to thinking about recording a couple of simple demos of songs that have been lying fallow since before everything imploded.
The new guitar is an inspiration. 
I googled some studios here because I did most of my recording back where I used to live and have not done anything here yet.
The third one I found is a hobby studio run by the lead singer from Arcade Fire who apparently lives here now and works pretty cheap.
How amazing is that?? I think I'll go with that one...

This is pretty exciting actually. The more I think about it, he is the perfect producer for my stuff.
Could be amazing.
We shall see.

That's really cool, FF! Make it happen. Music has been a HUGE part of my NB, and it really is transforming my life.
Divorced the cheater and living my best life now.

FBW then 46, XWHNPDPAFTG the destroyer of my entire life. D-Day 1 '99, D-Day 2,3,4,5,6... '09-'11, D '15. I fell apart. I put myself back together. Forgiveness isn't required. I'm happy and healthy now, and MY new life is good.

Turns out it's not who I thought it was, but someone equally cool who produces one of my favourite artists so still a great match for what I do.
Same first name confused me.
It's funny but a couple of the songs that have been 'in the can' for several years are about separation and loss. I wrote them during the period leading up to The Day. I play them for friends and they can't believe they're not about what happened.
It's almost like I had a crystal ball or something and didn't know it.
