Restraining order vacated on Thursday. Yesterday I spent 6 hours at the lawyers office, half of which had my STBX in the other room. We were able to hammer out a parenting plan that will be filed in Probate next week.
Spent my first Valentine's with my girlfriend last night....art museum and dinner.
And in 5 minutes I get to drive to hang with my kids, in my house, for the first time in two weeks. And that will last until next Friday based on the new parenting plan.
Even STBX's text an hour ago, that they had dinner with her AP last night ("just so you know"), didn't phase me.
Good weeks are possible.

Apology. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

This could be the beginning of a pile of good weeks for you.
Divorced the cheater and living my best life now.
The best thing about hitting rock bottom is that everything after that looks fucking fabulous.

Pass, hopefully. I'll take this one for now. Apparently she filed a criminal complaint the same day she filed the RO, based on an argument last September. The judge hearing the RO didn't see the incident as proof of danger to her, but who knows what the district attorney thinks. My lawyers told me not to worry about it.
So more hell to walk through at some point, but for now I'll take the win. It's good to be in my house. Missed the kids... And my pup.
