O. M. G!!

Every two weeks??? SERIOUSLY??? This is driving me crazy!! I feel like my body was programmed for a certain number of periods in my life and PCOS interrupted the schedule, so it's now trying to get them all in before everything shuts down.

Grrrrrrrrrr!!

OMG, I remember that well. It was awful. My skin was too tight, I was so clumsy, constantly bumping into things and everyone, I mean EVERYONE bugged the shit out of me. All I can tell you is there comes a time when it is all finally over. And it feels G R E A T!!! Hang in there.

And remember Murphy is right. Nothing is so bad that it can't get worse!!!

Have you considered progesterone cream? I resisted for a long time, because I am cautious about hormones and meds, but it made a huge difference and resolved those heavy and too frequent periods. If you are no longer ovulating but still menstruating then your estrogen to pregesterone ratio is out of balance. It's called estrogen dominance.

I have been taking vitex, which is an herb that helps regulate hormones. I did TONS of research on it before deciding to invest (all $7 from Vitamin Shoppe)... I have been taking it to regulate my cycle, and it is also suppose to help with fertility, but a lot of the reviews I read were from women going through perimenopause, and they said it was helpful for them as well.

EVERYONE bugged the shit out of me

yep and this is so hard when going through affair crap and my job is to connect with people - kids!

I've been taking Lexapro right before my period starts. that has helped but my body is sensitive to it and it works right away. Otherwise, I might kill someone... :/

I'm getting the pouch under my belly button too and it pisses me off.

I gave up alcohol. That has helped the sleep cycle.

Please remember to keep OT infidelity free.

Thank you.
